McCreary County Health and Rehabilitation Center is an exquisite 60-bed facility located on a seven-acre campus in rural Pine Knot, Kentucky. Our beautifully landscaped grounds include a fenced courtyard and gazebo area where our residents and their guests can sit and visit, as well as a large picnic shelter for facility and family fellowships.

We are dedicated to the well-being of each of our residents and our entire staff works together to achieve this. Our ultimate goal is to preserve the dignity, health and happiness of each resident at our facility.
