When you need recuperative care following a hospital stay, the environment in which you receive it can make a big difference to your comfort and frame of mind. That is why we would like you to know more about Jefferson Manor. In addition to providing exceptional medical care and rehabilitation services, and having been named Kentucky Facility of the Year, we also received a national award for interior design. All areas of our building are tastefully furnished and sparkling clean. Conveniently located in the east end, we have both semi-private and private room accommodations and are Medicare certified. At Jefferson Manor, we make sure our patients have lots of wonderful choices. Our daily menu allows you to select your favorite foods. And you may choose to eat in the lounge that overlooks the lovely courtyard, in our formal dining room, which features waitress service, or in your room. We furnish housekeeping services and provide assistance with bathing and dressing if needed. There is also a range of organized group activities from which to choose.
All of our 100 beds are certified for skilled care. After a thorough evaluation, our interdisciplinary care team develops a personalized care plan for each patient. We then hold regular meetings that keep both the patient and his or her family aware of and involved in the patient’s overall plan of care.
