One of our greatest strengths at Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center is our Therapy Department. Our highly skilled physical, restorative and occupational therapists, and speech pathologists work with patients to help them regain their strength and functional abilities. The goal is to prepare them to return home. Another wonderful advantage for our patients is our experienced and compassionate staff. To promote the health and dignity of each patient, we have a staff of specially trained, knowledgeable, caring nurses with diverse professional backgrounds. They meet each patient’s individual needs with compassion and a great depth of experience. They value each patient as a unique individual. Turnover is very low because they find what they do truly rewarding.

Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center has private and semi-private rooms with 73 skilled beds certified for Medicare and Medicaid, as well as five licensed personal care beds. Each spacious room features a lovely view, lots of closet space, special safety features and an emergency call system. Patients are encouraged to bring their favorite items with them to make their rooms feel more like home.
